Thank you for choosing Lucius Lighting. We are committed to getting your high-performance gear to you safely and efficiently.

1. Shipping Locations

We ship exclusively within South Africa.

All orders are dispatched from our local facility and charged in South African Rand (ZAR).

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Processing Times

In-Stock Items: Orders are processed and handed to our couriers within 1 to 2 business days after your payment reflects in our account.

Operating Hours: We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding South African public holidays.

Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Once your order is with the courier, typical transit times are:

Main Centres (CT, JHB, PTA, DBN): 2 to 4 business days.

Regional & Outlying Areas: 3 to 7 business days.

Note: These are estimates. Factors such as extreme weather or courier delays are outside our control.

4. Shipping Rates & Free Delivery

Free Delivery: We offer free standard delivery on all orders of R5 000 or more (after discounts).

Orders under R5 000: A courier fee will be calculated at checkout based on your specific delivery address, weight, and dimensions.

5. Order Tracking

Upon dispatch, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s portal.

Please use this link as your primary source for delivery updates.

6. Delivery Address & Access

The courier requires a physical address where someone is available to sign for the parcel during business hours.

Please ensure your address and contact number are 100% accurate at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details or multiple failed delivery attempts, a re-delivery fee may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

Inspection: Please inspect the outer packaging upon arrival. If it is visibly damaged, please take photos before opening.

Reporting: If any product is damaged or missing, you must notify us within 48 hours at info@luciuslighting.co.za.

We will prioritize a replacement or repair in accordance with our Returns Policy and the Consumer Protection Act.

8. Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer once the courier confirms successful delivery to the address provided.

We are not responsible for theft or loss occurring after a confirmed successful delivery.
