Thank you for shopping with Lucius Lighting South Africa. We want you to be 100% confident in your purchase. Below is our clear, transparent policy regarding returns, refunds, and our industry-leading 3-year warranty.


1. Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 30-day return window for non-faulty products. This gives you ample time to ensure the product meets your requirements.

To be eligible for a return:

You must contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

All accessories, manuals, and protective foam must be included.

You must provide a valid proof of purchase (Order Number).

Return Shipping: The cost of returning the item for a "change of mind" is for the customer’s account. You may use your own courier, or we can arrange a collection and deduct the cost from your final refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If your order is damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours at info@luciuslighting.co.za.

Please include:

Your Order Number.

Clear photos of the outer packaging and the damaged product.

A brief description of the issue.

We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs) for any items confirmed damaged by the courier or incorrectly fulfilled by our warehouse.


3. Professional 3-Year Warranty

All Lucius LED grow lights are engineered for high-performance commercial use and carry a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

What is covered:

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions.

LED diode failure or driver malfunction not caused by external factors.

What is not covered:

Damage caused by incorrect installation, power surges, or lightning strikes.

Physical impact, unauthorized modifications, or water damage (where the IP rating was exceeded).

Standard "wear and tear" that does not affect the light's performance.

Warranty Claims Process:

Within 6 Months: In line with the SA Consumer Protection Act, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our cost, including all shipping fees.

After 6 Months (Up to 3 Years): You are responsible for shipping the unit to our service center. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the unit and ship it back to you at our expense.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality control, we cannot accept returns for:

Products that have been physically installed, wired, or modified.

Items not in their original, resellable packaging.

Clearance or "Final Sale" items.

Gift cards.


5. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or warranty claim, please email info@luciuslighting.co.za with your Full Name and Order Number.

Important: Do not ship items back to us without receiving an official Return Authorization (RA) and the correct warehouse return address. Items sent without prior contact will not be processed.


6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected by our technical team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: Will be processed back to your original payment method.

Timeline: Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your banking institution.
